An agreement has been reached with the State of Florida for the classifications covered under the SLEO/FLPBA collective bargaining unit.
This ratification is for the 2023-2026 Successor Agreement for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year. All articles were open for negotiations during this year’s bargaining period. Below is a summary of the changes to the non-economic articles tentatively agreed upon by the State of Florida and the Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA). Effective upon ratification of agreement.
