An agreement has been reached with the State of Florida for the classifications covered under the FHP/FLPBA collective bargaining unit.
In summary, changes to the 2023-2026 Successor Agreement pertain to wages, arbitration procedures, internal investigations, reassignments, outside employment, etc. See the enclosed documents for specific changes to the contract. The Florida PBA endorses the changes to the contract and urges you to vote “For Agreement” to ratify the contract.
